– Deposit: A deposit(security bond) is required to secure a booking, with the balance paid before the event date.
– Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods include bank transfer, Pay ID or cash.
– Late Payment: Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
– Cancellation Fees: In case of any cancellation, only 50% of the paid security bond will be refunded.
Delivery and Collection
– Delivery: Equipment will be delivered to the event site on the agreed date and time for extra Delivery/Pickup charges as discussed.
– All the deliveries will be done to the MAIN DOOR. Unless, prior arrangements were made.
– Collection: Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and time.
Damage and Loss
– Hirer Responsibility: The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment during the hire period.
– Damage Waiver: Any damage or loss to the equipemnt will be deducted from the security deposit to cover accidental damage.
Equipment Use
– Safe Use: Equipment must be used in a safe and proper manner.
– Prohibited Use: Equipment must not be used for any purpose other than its intended use.
Liability and Indemnity
– Hirer Liability: The hirer is liable for any damage or loss caused to third parties or their property.
– Indemnity: The hirer indemnifies the hire company against any claims or losses.
– Unforeseen Events: The hire company may cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control and the security bond will be refunded fully back to the hirer is this case.
Variations and Cancellation
– Changes to Bookings: Changes to bookings may incur additional fees.
